Oye Group's Shake on The Block is a free workshop that exposes 20-30 Brooklyn middle and high-school students to Shakespeare. Together, we demystify the bard through scene analysis, playwriting, adaptation and performance. Students are introduced to the theater production process, developing skills in reading, writing, and acting.
