TWW Inc.'s - The Nina Simone Project (Social Justice & Awareness) Students will explore the cultural and political history during Nina Simone time as an activist, artist, and the challenges she faced. Students will respond to the discussion through various forms of the arts. The Simone’s performance work that fuses work from the multi-discipline art program through performance and exhibition, TWW Inc will illuminate the common threads that bind people and cultures together. This work, through dance, music, song, spoken word will give both the performer and audience a rare glimpse into the world of cultural exchange, and personal triumphs.
