BBT proudly continues its 37-year tradition of bringing arts and cultural diversity to South Brooklyn. This June 2024, BBT hallmark event, "Dances From Around The World," takes center stage, featuring local students and professional dancers. Through captivating performances representing Ukrainian, Georgian, Chinese, West African, Yakut, and Venezuelan cultures, alongside guest artists, we celebrate our global community. These performances provide crucial stage experience for pre-professional dance students and foster community interaction across racial, ethnic, generational, and socio-economic lines, transcending language barriers. By showcasing diverse cultures with dignity and beauty, we instill pride and unity among audiences.
