Broken Box's kids show about climate change is the newest iteration of DESTINATION: NATURE, which received BAC funding in 2023. This new and improved show will be performed in outdoor parks throughout Brooklyn in the fall of 2024. Performed by a cast of five mimes and guided by a speaking emcee (who just happens to be a caterpillar), the show invites audiences of all ages to activate their imaginations and move their bodies. Together, we marvel at the wisdom of nature, define climate change, explore the big feelings that come up around the topic, and celebrate our own “bravery and creativity,” the two superpowers needed to make significant change.
