inQUAD, developed and presented by Inclined Dance Project, is a mentorship and dance performance program that aims to promote emerging female identifying choreographers. The mission of inQUAD is in three parts: 1. to meet, network, and develop relationships with other emerging female choreographers and to support participating artists’ ongoing success in their own work through new connections, 2. to provide participating artists with guidance and hands-on experience in show production so that they may have the tools, technical skills, and knowledge to self-produce their own choreographic works in the future, And 3. to give choreographers the proper resources to present new dance works in public performance. Three female identifying choreographers are mentored over a 3-4 month period that will culminate in a split-bill performance in Fall 2024 alongside Inclined Dance Project.
