ICE-ING ON THE CAKE is a production of two one-act opera pieces combined to form a cohesive and immersive production. The show combines Bon Appétit by Lee Hoiby, an opera inspired by a Julia Child episode in which she teaches the audience how to bake a chocolate cake, and Craigslistlieder by Gabriel Kahane, a song cycle of actual Craigslist ads set to music.
