Bedstuy Walls is a beautification and engaging community project that aims to beautify, connect and unite the community thought the power of public art. Bedstuy Walls is not just a beautifying project (although this itself has been shown to be providing benefits on the community). Moreover this is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the culture of Brooklyn and of Bedstuy. The power of public art can lift up the spirit of the community and create spaces where people can gather, connect to each other and open up conversations. This is also a platform where local business get to know each other and build future collaborations.
