Spark Duo is creating performances centered around the idea of home. Kate Amrine (trumpet player) and Ford Fourqurean (clarinet player) will present three concerts: one family concert in Prospect Park in May, one from Dumbo in August, and one live streamed from Mise-En-Place or another similar venue in late October 2021 to allow for a wider live-streamed audience. With each concert, we will premiere a new piece by Felix Jarrar, Cassie Wieland, and Niloufar Nourbakhsh and talk with them about what their neighborhood means to them.
