Ragas Live Festival is a celebration of global music through the lens of South Asian Classical music. Born as a 24 hour radio broadcast on WKCR FM, when 50 musicians volunteered to play live sets over a period of 24 hours, it has expanded over 11 years into a major global music event. With both an in-person, immersive, experience and online audience, the music has connected over 100,000 people in dozens of countries.
