Goof, Gather, and Grow is a workshop-based program for girls, trans and nonbinary youth that features free art events for the community. Goof, Gather, and Grow launched its premiere program in 2021 with a week-long comedy camp that culminated in a showcase of young participants’ original stand-up routines. GGG introduces participants ages 8-14 to historically cis male-dominated artforms that young people do not typically have as much opportunity to explore, and the culminating public events give audience members the opportunity to experience the artistic perspectives of the young people in their community.
