PLG Arts Fest 2023 will be held as warm weather encourages spectators to walk the neighborhood and view visual artworks, listen to live music, bring children for art-making activities, and become familiar with local businesses. All events are free, taking place rain or shine on Rogers and Nostrand Avenues and in front of private homes on side streets in PLG.
