The Chinatown Table Tennis Performance Group is a choreographic project that involves table tennis practitioners of the Chinatown communities across NYC and Brooklyn, as well as dance artists of different generations. Combining elements of postmodern dance, sports, pedestrian movements, chance operation and game structure, the group will premiere a live performance at the Judson Memorial Church, as well as collaborate with Brooklyn based filmmaker Joanna Arnow on a dance film.
