About "Colors of Life"
"Colors of Life" is an engaging and transformative program designed to empower older adults at Older Adult Centers (OAC) through the expressive mediums of serigraphy and painting. This dynamic program celebrates the joy of lifelong learning, creativity, and artistic exploration while fostering a sense of community and connection among participants. The program will be conducted in person at the OAC, but we are fully prepared to offer remote classes if necessary due to changes in community health status.
The "Colors of Life" program will span 8 weeks, with one session per week, each lasting 2 hours. The program will be facilitated by Adela Navarro, an experienced artist and educator specialized in Creative Aging and Art Therapy.
