About Adela Navarro Moreno
I am a multidisciplinary artist who engages in a wide range of creative expressions, including painting, drawing, photography, and installations. I was born in 1988 in Barcelona, Spain, and am currently based in New York. I actively participate in projects that contribute to critical thinking within society. My educational path has been diverse and reflects my commitment to combining art with diverse fields. I have a Bachelor of Arts from the ULL (Tenerife School of Art) and a Master of Fine Arts in Education from UNED (University of Education). In addition, I have training in Business and Advertising, having graduated from the URJC (Madrid School of Creative Communication). My artistic pursuits have taken me across borders through various artist residency programs, exhibitions, and projects. Throughout my career, I have actively developed works of art, and community initiatives, and have participated in exhibitions and competitions with notable success.

About "Colors of Life"
"Colors of Life" is an engaging and transformative program designed to empower older adults at Older Adult Centers (OAC) through the expressive mediums of serigraphy and painting. This dynamic program celebrates the joy of lifelong learning, creativity, and artistic exploration while fostering a sense of community and connection among participants. The program will be conducted in person at the OAC, but we are fully prepared to offer remote classes if necessary due to changes in community health status.

The "Colors of Life" program will span 8 weeks, with one session per week, each lasting 2 hours. The program will be facilitated by Adela Navarro, an experienced artist and educator specialized in Creative Aging and Art Therapy.
